What is Wipe AI?
Wipe AI is a browser-based AI video watermark remover. It uses AI video inpainting — the same technology used in professional film restoration — to remove watermarks, logos, text overlays, subtitles, captions, usernames, date stamps, and unwanted objects from any video, directly in your web browser.
Unlike download interceptors like SnapTik or SSSTik that try to fetch a watermark-free copy from TikTok's servers (which no longer works reliably), Wipe AI works on video files you already have. It processes every frame individually, reconstructs the background behind the watermark using AI, and delivers a clean output video — with no added branding of its own.
Why We Built This
We kept running into the same problem: videos exported from apps like CapCut, KineMaster, and Filmora were automatically branded with watermarks, and the only way to remove them was to pay for a subscription to the app that added them in the first place — or use clunky desktop software that required a download, an install, and an account.
We wanted something that just worked: upload a video, select the watermark, get a clean result, download it. No install. No account needed. No watermark added by the tool itself. That is Wipe AI.
How the Technology Works
Wipe AI uses AI video inpainting, a computer vision technique that identifies a region in each video frame and reconstructs what the background pixels should look like based on the surrounding content, texture, motion, and color.
The process runs using OpenCV and a custom inpainting pipeline that runs locally in your browser via WebAssembly. This means your video never has to leave your device for the inpainting step — the AI runs on your own machine.
- Manual mode: Draw a selection box over the watermark and process just that area.
- Auto-detect mode: Wipe AI scans every frame for text, logos, and watermarks automatically.
- Full-screen mode: Ideal for subtitles and repeated overlays that appear across the whole video.

Privacy & Data
Your video is processed and then deleted from our servers within 24 hours. We do not use uploaded videos for AI model training, advertising, or any third-party purpose. The inpainting step runs client-side in your browser — the video file itself is not transmitted to our servers for the AI processing step.
